Ellen Gustafson: Global Hunger and Obesity

Many of my friends know of a new food-related project I am working on. Here's something that's quite relevant to it:

I know I sound a bit like a starry-eyed hippy (and let's face it, I am a bit of a hippy), but food is something I really care about. It's also something we really need to sort out. I think to really make a change we need to do more than give £10 a month. We need to change the way we think, the way we act, and most importantly the way we eat.

I like the idea of chips being more expensive than apples.
