Occupation Is Over

So the occupation is now over - we walked out in force on Friday. Some of the demand were met, some weren't. Importantly the legal fees have been dropped though!

I've met some really cool people over the last few days - and got very little sleep indeed. That's why I'm writing this now and not days ago.

We didn't quite get what we were protesting for - but we did most certainly make a move toward it. I think the fact that the vote was so close, that there were three resignations, and many abstentions shows that this is a contentious issue in the house of commons. This isn't the end, it's only the beginning.
